Scalpel Coaching

One gap. One form. Traceable results.

Coaching with one observable behavioral gap — from inquiry to the form of the first step.

Diagnostic questionnaire

What the work is

Scalpel coaching is not life coaching, not executive development, not therapy. It is work with one specific place: where you know what to do and it isn't happening.

The work starts with naming. Most people come with a narrative — an accurate description of how things feel. A narrative is not a subject of work. The subject of work is one specific observable behavior: something that can be tracked, analyzed structurally, and changed.

The first session is about finding that subject. Everything else follows from it.

What you get

One named gap

Behaviorally precise. Not "I procrastinate" — but the specific action that isn't happening.

Resistance classification

Skill deficit / defensive reaction / wrong load / meaning conflict. Each has a different response.

Form of the first step

Physical action + trigger + rule without exceptions. Not a plan — a form that holds.

Format

Individual sessions

A series of 4–5 sessions. First session is diagnostic; the rest track form and analyze resistance as it appears.

Between sessions: written L1–L4 tracking — four questions about what happened, what held, what didn't.

Every 7–14 days

What this is not: motivational coaching, a search for the "authentic self," therapy, or transformation promises. This is work with one specific behavioral gap — described precisely, trackable structurally.

If you are in acute crisis (divorce, bereavement, clinical symptoms) — this is not the right support. If you are looking for inspiration or someone to "help figure everything out" — this is also not that.

Frequently asked

Q

How is this different from regular coaching?

The focus is narrow: one specific behavioral gap, not life in general. No goals pyramid, no values mapping, no transformation arc. The subject is defined in the first session and stays at the center of the work.

Q

How long is a series?

4–5 sessions. You can start with one diagnostic session and decide whether to continue from there.

Q

What language?

RU, EN, or FR — your choice. The diagnostic questionnaire and tracking system work in all three.

Q

What if the gap isn't clear yet?

Start with the diagnostic questionnaire — 5 questions that help move from narrative to subject of work before the first session.

One gap. Start there.

5 questions. Free. No commitment.
